Family and Friends

As you can see below, Sam already feels loved by all of his family and friends. Thanks everyone for your love and support!

Mimmy got to come back to recovery, so she was the first to meet Sam.

Grandmerry with her first grandchild.

Grandaddy

Pops with #5 grandchild.

Aunt Beth

Uncle Michael

Uncle Jeff

Nenny and Madison -- It took Madison a few minutes to warm up, but she is all about Baby Sam now.

Macey jumped right in with no problem. She loves to hold Baby Sam.

Nae Nae and Tori

Sweet Tori -- She is getting too big as you can see with her holding Sam all by herself.

Uncle Bobo

Please disregard how I look, but I had to put this picture up so you could see all of the things Tori gave me to feel better. She was really concerned about me and wanted me to feel better.

Sam's hospital buddy -- John Houston Watson was born the day before Sam. Look closely and you can see by the dad's shirts that it is game day. We will have to remind Sam and John Houston they are allowed to be friends even during football season. :)

These two boys are going to have together.

Courtney and Noland -- Noland is 5 weeks older than Sam. Don't be confused: Courtney has Sam, and I have Noland. :)

Lots of fun to look forward to!

Jophes (spelling?)

the Lowerys -- Stan did come to :)
Barbara Fox

The Terrys -- Adam didn't make the picture

The Goodes

The Huffards

She is about a week older than Sam.
We feel so blessed to have such great family and friends. Thanks!!!!!

September 24, 2010

Sorry for the delay! I am trying to get back to the land of the living. :) We are all doing great, and David and I couldn't be more excited. So far Sam has been a very good baby. I'll let the pictures do the talking.
One last belly shot
(Can you tell it is about 5 am from looking at my eyes?)
Are we really about to be parents?

Mom & Dad got there early to see us before

Getting ready to go back

David was excited about his attire. :)

Yikes! We are getting close!

Three weeks from tomorrow is the BIG day! Can't wait to meet little Sam.

37 weeks.

Another Shower

We had another shower a couple of weeks ago, given to us by Natalie, Audra, Elizabeth, and KiKi. They really outdid themselves, making everything so nice and fun. Thanks guys for all of your hard work.

The wonderful hostesses!

All of the decorations were too cute! Natalie painted this box for Sam's room.

The two outfits hanging are for Sam from Natalie. Love them! The jars were cookie mixes that everyone got to take home as a favor. The cookies they made were delicious.

Yummy cake balls. Some with Sam's monogram, some made into rattles. :)

Chocolate covered pretzels that were so cute.

Bottle cookies

All of the treats were really cute, and the decorations were soooo cute, too. This is a baby carriage made of diapers.

Decoration on the food table. Nat made the blanket especially for Sam. :)

Nat as you can see went way above and beyond. She painted these letters, which now hang in the nursery.

The shower was a brunch, and I don't think anyone left hungry. The food was so good, and included lots of my favorites.

This is a carseat cover the Elizabeth made. It is so cute, and I can't wait to see Sam in it. She is selling these (Kiki's Kovers), so if you want one let me know!

Mrs. Little made this bag, and I LOVE IT!!!!!!

Aunt Karen made a daygown for Sam that we got at the church shower. This is the blanket to match it.

Audra made this adorable wreath, full of goodies.

All of the wonderful gifts! Thanks everyone for coming, and thanks again to the hostesses!!

Hillsboro Shower

Last Sunday we had our church shower at Hillsboro. We are so grateful for our church family and all of the people who support us there. Thanks everyone for a wonderful shower!

The great food

Thank you hostesses!

I had lots of help opening the presents.

Courtney was sweet to help even though she was due in 10 days. We are so excited about meeting baby Noland anytime now. :)

Madison pondering what to do next.

I was attacked every time I opened something with Mickey on it, and that was quite a bit. I guess everyone knows we love Disney!

Macey admiring Mickey on a cup.

I had fun with the girls helping me open. I think we will have plenty of help with Sam when he gets here! :)

David's family came up to help us celebrate.
