Bad Sleeping and Keys

So we used to have a really good sleeper until about 2 1/2 weeks ago!!  He would go to bed at 8, and we wouldn't hear from him until 7 or 8, 6:30 at the absolute earliest.  He also never wanted to sleep with David and I, and if we put him in bed it would be party time.  So we were all content with him sleeping really well in his own bed.  Unfortunately, things have taken a turn for the worse.  It now takes about an hour to get him to sleep and sneak out of his room.  We have gone from rubbing his back to just lying in his room while he goes to sleep.  And he has also started waking up in the middle of the night.  It started with him waking up and just yelling, "MA, MA, MA, MA" (yes he calls me, "Ma") while standing up.  The first night I think he fell asleep 3 different times standing up, so we would have to go lay him down, which would wake him up!  He would not lie down.  Several nights we have just put him in bed with us, and he actually sleeps.  David has even spent a night on the floor with him when we were in Huntsville because we had taken Brady, so Brady and I were in the bed.  Anyway, to say the least we have lost our good sleeper, and I desperately want to find him. :)  I have started rumors that we are pregnant (which we are not) because I look so tired.  I would let him cry it out, but now he has started leaning over the edge of his crib where it looks like he is going to flip over the edge.  Therefore, several nights David or I have literally run in there to make sure he didn't fall.  Needless to say we are working on getting his big boy bed, and we'll hope that our good sleeper will return...might as well move while we aren't getting any sleep anyway :)  Sorry for the rambling, but I wanted to document.
He was asleep standing up before I took this, but he woke up from the light on the camera

David sneaking out one night after putting Sam to bed
Enough venting :)  Sam is growing so fast, and he is becoming sillier by the day.  He is getting more words, but still prefers his sign language.  One of his favorite words to say right now is "wa-wa" (waffle), and he says Ma, Daddy, and Mimmy about a million times a day.  He loves hitting balls more than shooting at the moment, and he loves playing with keys.

I can't imagine how silly his is going to be when he actually talks because his facial expressions say it all :)
