Dinner for 8

For almost 4 1/2 years now we have been part of a Dinner for 8 group. It started with our Sunday school class when everyone was assigned to a random group. I think we were the only group to make it through the first rotation (meeting every month for 4 months), and we are still going strong. We don't meet every month, but we try to at least every 2 or 3. However, what started as Dinner for 8 (4 couples) is now Dinner for 9 (3 couples and 3 kids). Unfortunately, one couple moved away, but we are up by 3 kids from when we started. Here are the only pictures we have taken at Dinner for 8, but they are the cutest part!

Happy Birthday Brady!!!

Last Thursday was Brady's 2nd birthday. Where does the time go? Brady is so sweet and fun. Everytime we see him the first thing out of his mouth is "Where's Sham?" I know the two of them are going to have so much fun together, and Brady is trying to wait patiently for Sam to get big enough to play.:) Happy Birthday Brady! We love you!

Last week, Jenny took some pictures of Sam for me. She is not a professional, but she did a great job, and I am so excited about how they turned out. Sam was great; he smiled the whole time! Here are a "few" of my favorites.

5 Months

I have some other things to post to catch up, but I wanted to make sure I did Sam's 5 month post on the right day. I can't believe he is 5 months old! Sam is so much fun, and he is a very happy, smiley little boy.

At 5 months:

Very ticklish

Loves to smile

Loves to spit

Loves his exersaucer

Will eat about any fruit or veggie--except green beans literally almost bring tears :)

Loves when Daddy gets home from work

Whines to hear his voice

Still not sleeping through the night!

Loves to be in just a diaper--instant smile
Gives tight hugs around the neck--maybe not on purpose, but I will take any kind!!!

Hooray for Bathtime!!

Sam is really starting to have fun in the bath!
