IT'S A BOY!!

We are very excited to finally know that our baby is a BOY. Samuel Thomas should be here in late September! We had it easy picking out a name because we had such good family names to choose from. Samuel is after my uncle Sammy, mom's brother, who passed away in November of '98. He was a great man and an even better uncle, and we still miss him dearly. Thomas is after both David's grandfather and father. We are excited that we get to use names from such good men. Here are some ultrasound pictures. As not to embarrass Sam I kept the actual "I'm a boy" picture off.

It could be fun when he gets stronger if he continues to punch and kick at the same time. :)

So far Sam seems pretty flexible! I think a little more of a stretch, and he could touch his nose with his toes.

This is not a good start!

Well, so far I am not too good at blogging, but hopefully I will get better once the baby is here. We went to the doctor last Friday, and everything looked good. I am almost 18 weeks, so we will get to find out the gender our next appointment, which is May 14!!! Neither David nor I have a gut feeling about what it is, but the poll Mom is taking is favoring boy. It won't be long before we know for sure! :)

It could be a long summer since the cankles have already started! That is a strap indention on my foot from my flip flops.

We have been trying to get some things done around the house. I will try to put some "before and after" pictures of what we have done so far on the blog soon.

That's right--we're pregnant! Little Rosenblum is due sometime in late September--we've been given about 4 due dates so far, so we're not sure. Went to the doctor today and everything looked great!
